You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use Redlift. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Redlift for spam, harassment, or illegal activities.
  • Circumvent Reddit's or Redlift's moderation systems.
  • Post or distribute content that is misleading, offensive, or violates Reddit's community rules.
  • Interfere with other users or disrupt the platform's functionality.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Relationship with Reddit

Redlift is an independent platform and has no affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with Reddit, Inc. or its subsidiaries. All Reddit trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to Reddit, Inc.

You acknowledge that using Redlift may involve interacting with Reddit's website, communities, or APIs, which are governed by Reddit's own terms and policies. Redlift is not responsible for any actions taken by Reddit, its moderators, or automated systems, including but not limited to:

  • Reddit account bans or suspensions.
  • Comment or post removals by moderators or subreddit admins.
  • Any enforcement actions, penalties, or restrictions from Reddit.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their Reddit activity complies with Reddit's community guidelines and Terms of Service.

6. Payments and Credits

Certain features of Redlift may require payment. Pricing and billing details are available on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to their terms as well.

All purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology within Redlift are owned by Redlift. You may not copy, distribute, or modify our materials without permission.

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a limited license to host, display, and operate it within the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service. You may delete your account at any time by logging into Redlift.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding performance, accuracy, or reliability. You use Redlift at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redlift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redlift, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims or damages resulting from your use or misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of Reddit's terms.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on https://www.redlift.it/terms with a new "Effective Date." Continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
